TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
1. THE SITE OWNER
1.1. The owner and administrator of the Site https://imennails.eu/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and all its subdomains is Amelisa OÜ (Registry code: 16487978, VAT EE102720877, Registered address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152, Estonia).
1.2. The owner supports it in order to posting on the Website information about the company, its activities, information required by the Owner's contractors, as well as other information that, in the opinion of the Owner, may be useful to Users.
2. REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION ON THE WEBSITE
2.1. The User independently registers on the Website.
2.2. The User acknowledges that the use of his login (phone number specified during registration) and password (SMS or push notification) is a proper and sufficient identification of the User on the Site (in his Personal Account), confirmation of the right to perform operations on the Site and is an analogue of the User's handwritten signature, and operations and transactions performed on the Site are considered to be committed in simple written form. It is also possible to authorize Users on the site using accounts of available social networks.
2.3. The User is obliged to ensure the safe and confidential storage of the login and password. In case of their loss, the User is obliged not to use such data and immediately notify the Site Owner about it.
3. SITE USERS
3.1. Any person who accesses the Site via the Internet is recognized as a User.
