❓ Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Belarus, and Turkey.

❓ Are your products certified in the EU?

Yes, all our products are certified in the European Union and comply with all required regulatory standards.

❓ Do your products contain TPO?

No, our products available for sale do not contain TPO and comply with European safety standards.

Certain items in our assortment may contain TPO; however, these products are automatically restricted and cannot be purchased in regions where such ingredients are prohibited (including the EU, Israel, Norway, and other countries with similar regulations). Product availability is automatically adjusted based on the customer’s location.

❓ Which shipping company do you use?

Orders are shipped via Omniva (Latvia). After entering the destination country, parcels are handed over to the local postal service. Tracking remains available through the destination country’s postal system.

❓ Can I pay on delivery?

No, we do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.

❓ What is the store’s return policy?

The return policy is as follows: returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of order delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee. There are no final sale items — all products are eligible for return within the stated return period.

If the product has not been used and the packaging remains intact, and in cases of manufacturing defects or faults, such situations are reviewed individually. After providing supporting evidence (photos and videos), we offer a resolution either by sending a replacement item or issuing a refund for the affected product.

❓ How long does order processing take?

Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon are shipped on the next business day.

❓ How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. On average:

  • EU countries, UK, Canada, and USA: 5–7 business days
  • Other regions may take longer depending on local logistics

❓ Will I need to pay customs duties upon delivery?

Customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.

  • USA: duties are already included in the shipping cost
  • EU: no customs duties apply
  • Outside the EU: additional customs fees may be charged according to local regulations. We recommend checking your country’s customs rules for more information.

❓ Why is the checkout price higher than the product page price?

As we operate internationally from within the EU, VAT (value-added tax) may be applied to orders placed within the European Union. The final price is calculated at checkout based on the customer’s billing and shipping details, as VAT rates vary by country. This ensures compliance with EU tax regulations and accurate pricing for each destination.
