These Terms of Service apply to purchases from https://imennails.eu and use of the website. We sell internationally and ship to most countries.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.
Some professional nail products may require appropriate training, safe handling, and use according to product instructions. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended use before purchase.
3. Products
We try to display product descriptions, colours, images, ingredients, sizes, and availability accurately. Colours may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.
Product packaging, labelling, formulations, or accessories may change from time to time. Always read the product label, warnings, and instructions before use.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, depending on the checkout setup.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where:
- A product is unavailable.
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
- Payment is not authorised.
- Fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Delivery to the requested address is not available.
- Legal or safety restrictions apply.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
5. Prices And Taxes
Prices are shown in EUR. Prices include VAT where required by applicable law unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, delivery options, and any extra charges are shown before you place the order.
For international deliveries outside the dispatch country or customs area, the customer may be responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, sales tax, customs clearance, brokerage fees, and local charges unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included. Dispatch country: Latvia; shipments are DAP.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not store full card details on our systems.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We ship to most countries, subject to carrier availability, customs rules, product restrictions, sanctions, and local delivery limitations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
For consumer orders where mandatory law applies, risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person chosen by you, receive the goods. Other risk-transfer rules may apply where permitted by destination-country law.
8. Returns, Cancellation, And Refunds
Your cancellation, return, refund, and legal guarantee rights are described in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Product Safety And Use
You agree to use products only as directed and to follow all product instructions, warnings, storage conditions, patch-test advice, curing instructions, and safety information.
Keep products away from children unless the product is expressly intended for use by children. Discontinue use and seek appropriate advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
For UV/LED lamps, electrical devices, and chemical products, follow the supplied instructions and local safety requirements.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security features, scrape the site in a disruptive way, upload malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
The website, product photos, text, branding, logos, designs, and other content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.
12. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for business losses where products are purchased as a consumer purchase, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes, natural events, war, public health measures, power or network failures, or government action.
14. Complaints And Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, contact us first at amelisacompany@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers may be able to use national consumer authorities, European Consumer Centres, alternative dispute resolution bodies, or local consumer protection routes where available.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version available when you place the order.
